Chirk Castle

We have been going out this week since winter is a coming in.

Nice snaps and I don't blame you making days of it before winter pulls...are you allowed to view the castles also?

 

Yes, the Castle is open, or at least a lot of it. It was still used as a private dwelling until recently. We do not usually go round the interior of these places. We have been once and most of them are just Victorian/Edwardian interiors. Seen one, you have seen them all!

 

I quite liked these foto's Palu. I have never heard of this place. "Live and learn ", they say

 

I know what your saying but I like to see how they're designed because I get fascinated with the old stuff on the antique road show alone but the garden are out standing.
