Pink Parfait

The double blooms of Pink Parfait Iris look almost like a rose.

@Petronius lovely shaping yet the colour looks dull to me ….it's no good I need to sort my eyes out

 

@Gail-Steman, I just looked at the picture. The color seems to be a pastel purple.

 

It's the pastel making it look dull then

 

The flower is named Pink Parfait. Why is the flower colored purple?

 

I've not got a clue...so come on brains ...it's a female though

 

Is the flower colored purple in the photo because of:
{A} The reflection of the sunlight
{B} The reflection of the camera light
{C} The reflection of the sunlight and the camera light

 

Hi @Petronius sorry i'm late replying but I would say the above mate

 

Some of the petals have shadowed areas. These seem to be a darker purple.
