    Sitting here waiting for the surveyor to come tomorrow to examine the property. Hope the report is favourable and the purchaser carries on with it, but I ain't holding my breath. Not the least stressful way to spend ones birthday.

    Surveyor came, 33 minutes later he was away. No major issues, he said. so all we can do now is wait and see what the buyer will do.

    Yeah, well. Now we have to wait for another surveyor to come and look at the damp in one of the walls. All adds to the stress.
