My gardens are small and compact. I do not like regimentation and have all sorts everywhere. I do change things every three years for a change of scenery. I like it wide open as well which my neighbours like as they can see my years work.
I already like your garden David. Now I can hardly wait to see what you're going to do with it this year.
Good day Eileen and Mayuga Morning. All is in the garden for this year. Bulbs and fuschias starting. Zebra grass is starting. Lots of shrubs and much more Eileen. Will post this years piccies. The hedging Cayuga Morning is Box. It all came years ago from one small cutting !!. Used to be lots more but it died of disease. David M.
Hi @David M I like your idea of a garden being changed every 3yrs...every year here the odd new plants go in and I could just imagine Clematis on your back ground wall...I had two a white one and pink one and I intermingled them and they gave a lovely show till the beast from the east killed them besides 7 bottlebrushes
@Gail-Steman you really have me curious: "the beast from the eat"!? I am guessing it is a typo, maybe "the beast from the east"? But what is that?
Sorry I missed the s out...the weather formate come up with these names but it was a bad winter for we...cold temps kept dropping low in freezing then rising lightly then a bad drop again and our plants aren't used to how it treated we besides the snow. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-43218229
