Our internet provider just increased the cost, and we are looking at other options. Does anyone here use HughesNet, and if so, are you satisfied or dissatisfied with it? I'd really appreciate your opinion and experiences.

Your cell phone can be set to be a transceiver. Its as simple as pushing a button IF the phone has that capacity.

Look up Verizon Jetpack ! Works great,, just not quite as fast as others but no problems ! I am never in a hurry ! Its three years now on this one ! Verizon wanted $159.00 for the same thing I bought for $25. !

Mart, we use Verizon currently. We were hoping there was something more reliable and preferably less expensive. So far, no go!

Often if you call them,, 611,, not local offices,, they will give a better rate ! Especially if you have been a customer for a long time !
