Broccoli - What bugs are these, how to control

I found there are bugs appear on the broccoli leaves, and also found there are plenty on some other leaves. Also noticed many on other plant such as Japanese White Radish.

 

Dunno, they don’t really Look like bad guys though.

Yes, looks like Aphids.
I just made solution mixed water with baking soda, oil and detergent if it helps.

 

They deformed the leaves.

 

Dish soap and water will wash them off. They make good dinner for other creatures too
