A Little Something For With The Tea

    While watching the speed skating in Dordrecht we needed something to go with the tea.

    Again with the flaky dough squares, then the chopped apples, cinnamon and sultana’s. The white stuff is milk which is used to help hold the folded edges together.

    Too bad they leaked—I shall have to work on my sealing technique. In spite of that, they were tasty little packets.

    Apple turnovers...so that’s what you call them. Thanks Mart, we call them something similar to that here.
    I have heard of apple turnovers, but that was eons ago.
