The Crossvine (bignonia capriolata) is in full bloom now. It decorates the fence between the back and front yards, and makes me smile every time I pass by.

Wallflowers, this year they seem to have a few yellow leaves, don't know why.

Very nice wallflowers. I like them.

Nice cherry tree Loggie, Zigs...just keep George away from it. Of course he can’t tell a lie, but that won’t bring it back.

I can imagine. Over here it is the thrushes and blackbirds that ruthlessly take the cherries. BTW, will that sapling bear fruit this year?

Thanks @Zigs about the wallflowers, I've never fed them before, but what sort of feed? also won't that make them grow more without flowers and when to put it on?

Nice cherry tree by the way.:)

We made a netted tunnel to keep the birds off the strawberries & currants, slugs ate them all instead :D

It might fruit, will let you know :)

    Ta Logan :)

Tomato feed would do, higher in potash so it encourages flowers and not nitrogen that makes more leaf growth. Best thing to do longer term is just mulch between the plants with anything organic, even grass cuttings. The worms will pull it under and it'll improve the soil and feed the plants :) You on clay soil?
