That was all Hubby. :) When his parents managed a fly in fishing lodge, he was the campfire cook. That continued on after he worked there with new owners. Also while he was building our home, before power etc he cooked over the campfire. He is quite talented at it. I tried....once. hahaha I was fired. ;):)

A neighbour gifted us with a sockey salmon. Tonight will be grilled salmon with Hubbies secret sauce ( okay...about to be not so secret. :D Mayo, capers, diced onion, lemon, pepper and some dill, spread on top and then grilled). Some herbed basmatti rice ( I knocked the snow off of some sage, chives, parsley and tarragon) and a green salad.

I could not stand it when I saw them sheet cut a butternut squash. I resisted through the apples and the cucumbers and even the sweet potatoes but I must say my love of pasta was disappearing at that point.

    Me : Honey?
    DW: Yes Dear?
Me: Remember when you said no more gadgets?....

This is a very cool attachment :) Would you use it as a pasta replacement...like for lasagna?

Exactly the plan. I love me some me and there is a lot of me to love so veggies instead of pasta seems like a good idea!
