Well Pac—How delightful is that. Gosh, you have some verrry nice things to show from your estate. Really nice blooms. Those orange marigolds are especially attractive. The mimosa is always such an exotic thing to see. You sort of live in a paradise, don’t you.

Pac— you have some nice blooms there, including your signature Clematis.
