I got Lyme disease from a tick bite in my own backyard when I was putting in my shade garden. It made me tired for 18 months but I was only about 3 months undiagnosed. I changed Doctors to a homeopath and she fixed me. Homeopaths are better Doctors, IMHO.
Good to hear you are finally diagnosed and treated correctly. Lime disease is nasty. I was misdiagnoses with lime disease, it was shingles of all things. It was an early diagnosis and was given the vaccine. That was over 20 years ago. Geez how fast time flies.
I've had shingles three times but very, very mild cases. Just a. few tiny blisters. Nothing to talk about, really, but, if you had shingles, now they say that you should not get a shingles shot until you have been clear of it for three years. Since I always get it back again three years later, no shots for me !!
