Oreti— You and me both! Especially in the summer…it is so late when we get home from the lottie, that no one fels lie cooking at all. This type of meal we can knock-up in minutes.

Eat your heart out you flower pickin' health freaks. Here is today's dinner I made...carrot cake

 

We had strawberry shortcake for dinner last night. TOOOO tired, and like carrots...the strawberries count as a fruit/veggie.

Tonight is a grilled rib steak, stuffed mushrooms, garlic toast and beet greens.

 

We had bami goring with saté ajam tonight. It was a quickie because we have so much processing to do.

 

Had to Google that @Sjoerd , looks like another good standby meal. ,when time is short......or a tasty quick meal is needed. Thanks

@Sjoerd Paprika. !! That reminds me of those totally scrumptious Paprika Potato Chips that I became addicted to in Germany.!! OMG !! We have nothing as tasty as those in the US. The closest to Paprika chips that we have is Barbecue but they are just not the same.

Oh how I miss Paprika chips !!
