It was a week late. It was extremely well-packed.

I had bought "the last one," but I think that had been sold, so I had to wait until new stock arrived (from China).
My "deal" was £10 less than they are now and included a 5lt container of cleaning fluid, which would now cost £26. You only get supplied with 1ltr with the machine and it needs 5ltrs to clean 45rpm records.
Anyway, I'm pleased with it as it's of an excellent quality and so it should be, considering the price.

    This is it.
It's all stainless steel. The attachment that holds the records is very heavy, it has a motor that slowly rotates the records through the fluid.

You can fit 5 records on the spindle and put the soft-edged spacers between them, then wind the records down so that only the tracks are immersed in the liquid. Then turn on the ultrasonic. Set the length of time for cleaning, then start the motor that rotates them.

It comes with a little basket for other stuff like jewellery. There is a heater that you can set the temperature, but you use it cold for records.

There's a big tap on the side so you can drain out the liquid with the hose provided. The 5ltr container I will use to save the liquid when it's not being used, it will stop it evaporating.
I've cleaned 15 records so far. Each lot of 5, takes 5 minutes.
I tried out a couple and I'm pleased with the results, (well I have to say that don't I?) But I am. You have to bear in mind, some of these records are 50 years old and some have a few small scuffs. But there will have been a lot of ingrained dirt in the tracks. I've noticed the bass has much improved on those I've checked. I'll do the rest on Thursday.

    Finished the records.
Those in the smaller jukebox were a pain as it takes records with the large centre holes, but the cleaner doesn't so I had to fit little fillers in each, to get them to fit on the spindle, but I'd plenty.
I then cleaned some of my wife's jewellery. For this the fluid has to be warm. You can set it to heat to any temperature up to 50c. and it will keep it at that. I set it for 40c and gave it about five minutes. She was disappointed that you can't do real pearls, jade or opal in it. But she was pleased with what it did clean.

Blimey Doghouse, that looks good :)

I made an electrolysis bath a few months ago. Been cleaning some of my metal detector finds with it. DSC01614.JPG

    thanks for your kind words.
    Impressed with your work.

The tank of the cleaner has an "industrial sized" drain cock on the side, well around 15mm. You get supplied with a length of hose, male brass attachment that fits the drain cock. A jubilee clip with a butterfly screw and a roll of ptf tape!
I've drained out the fluid into the 5ltr container, cleaned out the tank and put it all away. I'll probably do the records again in six months time.
Seems an extravagance, for so little use. But I might use it again in a few weeks as I've about 50 other 45s that could probably do with a clean, as I swop those in the boxes now and again and the machine only takes minutes to set up. I've also some vintage jazz albums that would benefit from its attention.
