Today it is raining again, and so we will sauce the second batch of apples...the Schellinkhouter’s. We listened to Gardners’ Question Time and then turned on the streamer to listen to Folk Alley as we chopped and peeled. We put them on the heat with sugar and cinnamon. We are waiting now for them to cook down. We heard an old Pete Seeger song written by Malvina Reynolds—“Little Boxes”. A great song. C’mon now apples !
