First, the ‘Rakkers’, one of the four types of climbing beans. They are the first ones to produce, as they were planted a couple of weeks before the other nes.

Then the broad beans in the harvesting aprons:

Here you can see how tall the broad beans are:

Finally, the harvest of broadies, climbers, a beetroot and a couple of courgettes.

Right then, I said, “Finally”; however, it ain’t final til its final—
Here a stir-fry with a number of garden veggies and a dissected bratwurst.

Now That dish made my mouth water !! @Sjoerd .
I really miss a good wurst, like I had in Germany, and fried up with veg, peppers and onions is a real treat !!

I need a harvesting apron. I usually use the front of my shirt .
    :p

Annie— oh, you know what’s tasty don’t you. Those wurst are delicious.
The harvesting aprons are super handy and are bespoke. For the pics I had them open but when harvesting I have the pockets buttoned ans load from the sides.

    Pac— thank you nice lady.

    Zigs—cheers.
Good that you are harvesting. Too bad that you picked too early;)
On the other hand, we harvest them young.on purpose.we got nine bags out of that mess of beans.
