This site now very badly requires a blocking feature, (like on some major social media sites). Which once engaged, the user won't see any posts or comments of the person we block, (nor will the blocked person see anything of ours). This will save a lot of headaches for the moderators in future.
There is an Ignore feature that came with the forum software. Click on a user's name to see the link.
