Thanx Sjoerd . I never could imagine the army of gardeners clipping that wisteria monster every few weeks to keep it blooming and under control. Just for the one time bloom. It is beautiful. They got some dedicated workers. I hope the clippers are battery operated to save hands. yikes.

I remember seeing a similar video on a BBC TV programme, but I don't remember this woman. The one I saw the woman seemed a bit distant and didn't smile.

DHR well OMG when that video popped up I immediately thought of your beautiful display of white and lavender wisterias. Use of 2 colors and the arch/tunnel -the architectural effect you added is much more of a striking effect in your wisteria display which I think adds an exotic effect and use of wisteria plants seen in a small garden in which I have ever seen. That totally out weighs the exorbitant use in the longest wisteria in the UK.
