    Today was cold and blustery, and the birds were coming into the suet feeders in droves. My husband sat in the dining room, and took photos. Here is one of Redwing blackbirds sharing a snack.

    As Ogden Nash might have said, "Candy is dandy, but suet is quicker!"

    What a photograph!! Our birds love the suet we put out for them too but I've never seen them sharing like your Redwingsc are doing.

    What an attractive bird. I enlarged the foto on my screen and saw that it is even more interesting up close. Great foto posting. Engaging colours.

    I have seen many of our birds doing that ! Even the sparrows ! I just figured it was the male feeding the female ! He knows how to keep a woman happy ! :):)
