Hiya CAROLYN--I'm all for expansion--in fact that is what I did this afternoon. We had guests and served them the remaining tart and some other tasty things along with their tea. They were pleasantly surprised and we were able to finish the last of last night's goodies. ..Tha qualifies as a win-win sit, doesn't it? Thanks so much for your nice words and well-wishes.
