We had rain all night last night. We got so much rain that there was twice the amount of hummingbird food in the feeder than it started out with. The rain had gone through the drinking holes and into the resevoir. We ended up with an inch of unneeded and unwanted rain.
After a hard rain in Atlanta, residents would gather at Sope Creek and see the water tumbling down, crashing against boulders, shaking the earth beneath them. We always wanted more rain.
Some of our roads are flooded after the rain we've had recently. I think a little sunshine is the order of the day now don't you?
