I have had two different viral infections in the past two weeks (as far as I can tell). I have a nasty sinus infection after a horrible phlemmy coughy ucky condition...This morning as I was looking for homeopathic remedies for the sinus infection the first thing I ran across was an APPLE CIDER VINEGAR remedy. Drink it, a couple ounces or as much as you can lots of water with it or afterwards and honey and cinnamon...nice drink actually. I can't believe I hadn't remembered to do it first. Within an hour my sinuses cleared out and I can breathe!
Does anyone else use apple cider vinegar for homeopathic use? Or what do you use?

KKid, I am confused...red dye on what? the potatoes? I have never heard of that, either, but most likely there was something else going on, not that the potato made him ill.

I'm gonna "save" that one for when my sinuses act up.
Any over the counter meds - even the non drowsy stuff - knocks me out.

Eileen, Have her keep drinking it all day. I drank as much as I could...I think I did at least a cup of vinegar and diluted it with warm water, added some honey and cinnamon and kept at it all day. I cannot believe I went from the nasty "3 tissue blow" (for lack of a nicer description) to just some congestion by tonight.
