Slime mold?

    I found what appears to be a slime mold. I have done multiple Google searches, but have not been able to find anything that looks like this.

    I have found some that have a single stalk and one spore head during my searches, but none with multiple stalks and heads. Also, those in the pictures plus many others are living on my apartment door. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi FF-- I can't help, but I do think it looks pretty cool. I have never known what slime mold actually was. I just thought it is the slimy stuff that I have encountered in pet water dishes left too long.
