    Why growing purple spuds are better for you. They contain antioxidants and are packed with fiber, vitamin C and potassium, which can help with weight loss, immunity and heart health. I never tested purples if they make great French fries… a summer fav . Like purple potatoes baked/fried or even potato cake's are also good for you, but I seem to counter act the nutritional value with baked purple taters with lots of fresh home made butter, salt and sour cream. French fry dips too. Yumm…
