We are hearing that there are numerous 'twisters' expected across the U.S, I hope all of you are safe and take care.
What do you do in this case? Do you just go to bed and hope for the best or do you sit up all night and hang on to everything[I dont think that would work looking at the power of those things].

We aren't in the danger zone, this time, but Oklahoma, Kansas, and Iowa have had tornadoes.
When we are in a danger zone, I keep the radio on for warnings; put the cat in her carrier and put the carrier in the bathtub; pull the pillows off the beds and put those near the tub; fill my pockets with a small flashlight, cell phone, credit cards, any cash there is in the house, and Medicare card; and then start to pray hard!

We had a rainy, stormy day yesterday. The threat for severe weather was high, and the weather people kept us well informed. We had 4 1/4 inches of rain, some pretty active thunder and lightening, but thankfully no tornandoes. The sirens did go off at midnight. We all trooped to the basement, but the tornando sightings were about 15 miles north. Still chances today, but we fared well compared to those in Kansas, Iowa and Oklahoma.
