48°f. high 67. My temps are getting back to normal and optimal winter growing conditiond. Partly cloudy and they say it gets sunnier as the day goes by.
Despite earlier predictions that the winter's lows here would be a few days down to 27F or 28F, the past few days have been down to 25F. Not too much lower than predicted but cold enough for me! Today and Sunday down to 25. ( grumble grumble). Too cold for me to do garden work.

@Anniekay Is your weather /posted above coming from your new weather station. This week end a cold front hitting the south of the US from Texas up to state of Maine. Wicked snow storms predicted by both Us and European weather patterns. The weather station here on TV are asking people in that weather pattern not to drive over the weekend due to icy and blizzard conditions. Are you in the south - east area near that freak storm coming ?

Clay keeping watch on Fern on the weather channel. it looks like a devil of a storm. The state of Texas has already declared a state of emergency before the storm hits so that they will have speedy access to recovery needed thru the storm. I hope you don’t have any issues. Stay warm. And stay home. Right?
It's drizzling out right now. Yes, @Pacnorwest I am using my new weather station. It also makes a nifty night light in the diningroom. When I go into the fridge for a late- night snack, I no longer need to put the light on. I'm not sure and neither are the meteorologists, whether or not all that snow and freezing rain will get this far south or not. The European model says no but the US model says it will. I think I trust the European model better.
