    We ended up with sandwiches with it being late by the time we'd finished doing stuff but hubby is back to strict ruling again tomorrow :(

    Sjoerd I used to love my steak with onions and tomato but I can't eat the onions and tomatoes no more :(

    I made braised chicken thighs in with tomatoes, onions, garlic& herbs over rice& a side of roasted asparagus. Delicious!

    Sjoerd it annoys me now that certain foods hurt my stomach which I used to love :(
    Yes it does sound delicious and I eat asparagus but my hubby is a lover of it :)

    Tonight we are having Thai red curry with jasmine rice and a side of spinach. Ice cream for pud.

    I usually slice it like pork chops and freeze part of it and use the rest as pork roast ! If its a whole pork loin that is ! Those little small ones that the stores sell,,I don`t buy ! Be sure and trim the silver skin from the outside if its untrimmed !

    Oh Sjoerd it was lovely mate and he added mushrooms, kidney beans and 3 dumpling each and I told him how to do the pearl barley ages ago...good for flushing the old kidneys out mate...here it is nice and thick :rofl:
