First time planting white radish and I’m so happy with the harvest! It was actually inspired by my trip to Seoul, Korea, where every restaurant served pickled radish as an appetiser. I loved it so much that I decided to grow my own. Now looking forward to turning these into homemade pickled radish to enjoy with my meals! Oh yes the leaves are edible too and will be trying them.
