Fall is really starting. Night temps are down to 63°f !! 87for the high. Nice cool breeze and sunny with big puffy clouds intermitently interrupting the sunshine.

Anniekay fall is in the air … once I get the garden all back in shape from the seasonal growth, then fall arrives with the most gorgeous show of leaf color in my neck of the woods. Like a brocade of colors and textures that can make your heart sing. Then it’s leaf season and start the garden clean up all over..

This afternoon we had very heavy rain showers, probably the edge of the thunderstorm that was forecast for today, it always happens.
Now it's a clear sky with a gentle breeze from the west south west temp 15c feels like 16c

The mornings are cool now, and it looks like we are done with days in the med to high 90s F. Highs after today will be in the 70s, mostly low 70s. Yay!

    I'm still watering every day.

This climate change, and my aging, has led me to think about next year's plan. I might post about that separately. The short version - fewer things to water, plus more heat/drought tolerant options.
