Deydrated cucumbers.

    These are yummy.

    I coated cucumbers slices with ranch dry dipping mix and dehydrated them. They are really good. Even the kids liked them.

    Jerry, Yes they Are a great snack but they were also really good on my salad last night.

    I've heard of people dehydrating cukes. WHY? Didn't sound good to me but I could be wrong about that. I'll give it a try. You can't get much lower in calories than a dried cucumber....OH please let them be yummy. :-D
