its a work in progress and im looking at having it finished next year. as it stands i'll be unemployed after next sunday, so spending money on it is out of the question at the minute ( photo / image / picture from lukeypukey's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from lukeypukey's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from lukeypukey's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from lukeypukey's Garden ) humble beginnings ( photo / image / picture from lukeypukey's Garden )
NOT so humble beginnings as I think you're doing a great job on your pond. :-D Keep up the good work and do let us see the progress you make.
That is a Great begining and from the initial dug out I can imagine how interesting it is going to be. I can see that you already had quite a fair bit of hardware so there is no need to spend any cash. If you need any additional item I guess sometimes it can be improvised. Good luck and happy constructing. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!
thanks guys!! fingers crossed it will be smashing when its done, and until then, expect questions on liners, pumps, filters, waterfalls, plants, ect ect
Luke, It's looking great so far, start asking your questions now before you get much farther. You don't want to have to re do part of the digging to "fix" something you didn't know when you started the project. Keep showing us the progress, too.
That's looking great Luke! What is the expected finished size? How long did it take you to dig it out?
hi cheryl, thanks for the comments. the pond size is currently unknown and i've spent a few weeks digging it as i've been pretty busy. i just took my spade out one day and went digging, nothing planned really
