I've joined various forums trying to find information and get help. None came close to the sincere interest and concern the Stewbies show in each other. I have enjoyed entertaining stories, beautiful and inspiring pictures, delicious recipes and amazing tips and tricks for my gardens and around the house. There is so much to learn on this forum and from its members, and so much to share. I have happily shared information and things I've learned here with others and am sure to let them know where I learned it; GardenStew! Thank you all, Stewbies, and I am so happy and proud to be one too! Hugs to all!

Even thought I rarely post or comment, I check in almost daily. I have learned so much from the diverse worldwide community and really miss all of you when I can't get to log on. I think of all the birds, plants, customs, food, not to mention pets and lives I would have missed if I had not found this site.
    Could someone pass the tissues?

Over the last 9 years I have been in awe of the way this forum has become more diverse and worldwide. And gardening has been the link for all of us.

Before January of 2006 I had never realized that gardeners in The Netherlands and Greece would be growing some of the same plants that I grow here in Texas. Or that a gardener in Malaysia would have problems with Monkeys eating his produce. Or a gardener in Pakistan would be smitten with Sunflowers.

I really thank Frank for getting GardenStew started and working so hard to keep it going and I thank all of you for being the kind of members who are helping to make GardenStew better every day.

Toni, you and Eileen help make the Stew such a great forum for all of us. Thank you both, and thank you, Frank.
As others have said, this is a wonderful place to chat, learn, and take part in a wider world.

I stumbled upon the Stew many years ago. It's the one forum that I'm glad I found. Nice people, awesome advice oh and for inspiration and encouraging words. Happy 10th Birthday Garden Stew glad to have been part of it since 6/10.

I don't know how long I've been a member, a long time :-D I love the "Stew" because these people are my friends! I feel like I personally know some of you!
I've traded plants and seeds and cards and letters and emails :p not to mention meeting some really neat people-all over the world! To me the Garden Stewbies are my family and like I said in an earlier post- I love you all because no one asks to borrow money and I don't have to clean house before we visit! ;)
Thank you to Frank and the administrators for creating a fun, safe place to hang out.

Stewbies are my new gardening family, I may not know every one of them nor everyone know me, but they are willing to go out and answer questions, make explanations, and make you feel good inside, joke, have fun, comfort and everything else in between. That's what a family does, and I consider stewbies to be a part of my family :).
