Description: The golden bamboo got neglected the last few years. With the heavy snows this last winter it got laid down and didn't "pop-up" like it usually does. This necessitated a hair-cut and some long over due trimmings. I do the cutting down and my husband does the cutting up (with an old lawn mower he shreds and picks it up for me to use on the garden beds.) This was with all the bamboo cuttings on the ground.
