Description: Broc has to be my favorite plant. It's easy to grow, produces tender sweet florets all summer. You can eat the seeds (sprouted), florets, leaves and stalk, high in nutrition. Our chickens love the leaves too, even when they get aphids on them. I think this was Pacman.
