Description: Neglected and in bad repair in 1987. New owners, John and Pat Hardwick spent almost two years restoring the Inn before opening it as a Bed & Breakfast. The Hardwick's are credited for listing it on The National Register of Historic Places. The Hardwicks replaced the roof on the Inn and Mill, saving both buildings from certain ruin.
