Description: This photo doesn't do justice for the beauty of this moth (actias luna). As the name indicates, have only spotted them at night. A pale mint green, in person it almost has a mystical look to it. They seem to feed on persimmons and moon flowers...otherwise, they are harmless. Must say they're welcome to the persimmons...that's another weed here and invasive by runners.
