Description: Spinach does great every year. It tries to take over my garden. I didn't bother touching it until August this year. I only harvested a little. If I wanted to take the rest, I'd be spending all weekend picking the leaves off and cleaning, and I wouldn't have enough containers or space to store it. I don't mind letting it go. It will self-seed and come back full force next year.
