    Hi all,

I'm new here and trying to figure out how to snap the head back on my craftsman electric weedwacker. It fell off when I bumped it too hard on the ground and now I can't get it to stay on. Any advice?

    Thanks!

Is it new? I'd return it flagstaff!

You could try getting a hold of the manufacturers e.mail address and ask them what's the best thing to do flagstaff. Netty is right - return it if it's new or still under guarantee.

Take it back to Sears, Craftsman tools and garden equipment come with a full lifetime warranty. You can get a replacement at any time, no questions asked, no matter how long you have had the item.

    thank you!

Thanks for these great suggestions. I can't find the receipt but know we got it less than 2 years ago and haven't used it much. Will try taking it back and if no luck there, sending an e-mail. I appreciate the advice!

You do not need a receipt to return or exchange a Craftsman item back at the store.

Yup, ive taken a lawnmower back last year that was malfunctioning and they took it in for repairs without a receipt, its craftsman and its lifetime so you can only get it at Sears, im pretty sure
