Can you help me identify these plants?

Hi,

I actually live in an appartment and I can't have a garden, but my wife has just decided that we needed to have some houseplants. She recently bought two plants, but we want to know if these plants have any specific needs and how to take care of them. Unfortunately, we don't know their names. Can anyone help and offer some advice? Here are the pictures

The bottom one looks kinda like a corn plant. Just put it in a sunny location and don't let the soil dry out. Every once in a while a light mist of water will do the plant good.

 

The first one looks like a canna lily plant. They will need plenty of sun too to bloom.

Well yes, i've searched for pictures of the Dragon Tree and indeed it is one. There are many varieties and this one looks like the Madagascar Dragon Tree (Dracaena Marginata)

Second's a dracaena, first is a Ctenanthe lubbersiana - in the Marantaceae family, related to the prayer plants.
