    WOW the gerbera is eye-poppingly lovely with its rich colours. I have never seen a flower like you have on your tulip polar tree before - so unusual and pretty. :stew2:

    I agree with Eils about the tulip polar bloom, never seen that before. Great shots.

    Hi Gail--That tulip popular bloom looks very interesting....but the first foto of the peony looks just like fresh whipped cream...I could just take a big bite!

    Great pics! I love Tulip Poplars although the trees are so high you hardly ever get to see the flowers unless wind knocks them off. Your Gerbera is also a great color. I love that sort of sunburst color pattern.

    All the blooms are spectacular. :-D I love them all.

    The tulip polar tree bloom was a joy to see. One house I lived in as a kid had a tree and I have never seen the blooms since. They were so unique I have always remembered the bloom but didn't have the foggiest idea what kind of tree it came from.

    Thanks for all your wonderful comments, I was away for the weekend and am just catching up on all the Stew comments. Netty, I do not know the variety, it was here when we bought the house.
