It's pouring down outside but snow's forecast for the week-end. I hope that we might start to garden in a couple of weeks' time.

Looks similar to my backyard last week. We just got another inch today. :-(

Eventually spring will arrive, think warm. :)

That was a cruel joke Droopy! :D
Although, Toni probably thinks it's the best border ever! ;)
I sure do hope you get rid of wintertime soon.

I could really enjoy a border like that right now.
It had been very overcast all day but it's now almost 80 and the sun is trying to come out now so I am inside to hide from it.

Right now I'm thinking wet, Jerry. We've actually got flooding!

Sorry, Cheryl, but I couldn't help myself. :D

Toni, you're welcome to all of it! I've had enough.

DB, the day I loose my sense of humor I've also lost my ability to breathe. :p

Well I suppose there's one thing you can say about your borders and that's that they don't need to be weeded. However, I'm sure that, like me, you'd rather have backache from pulling weeds than snow any day. I hope it melts slowly for you and that there'll be some green showing through before too long.

Oh dear, Droopy! The snow is lovely....but it really is blanketing everything...and that poor Wu. Ahhhhh. How's she ever going to grow up to be a big girl, when she keeps being weighted down like that.

I can well imagine that you are now are now inundated with water. Better check the zodiac for air leaks, then inflate it and moor it on your porch bannister.

So--you've fot water and flooding. let's see this is two days and counting....

Keep us updated with the water/snow there.

Eileen, you're so right! I might get to weed fairly soon. Because of all the rain and the strong winds our garden's snowless this morning. Yay! :D I just hope the flooding's stopped too.

Sjoerd, the Zodiac will be deflated this morning. :D I hope we'll have no use for it in the near future.

Thank you Frank. :D The poor, dead stalk poking through is actually an improvement. :D She wasn't visible at all a couple of days before that.
