I'm sorry Carolyn... I have no clue. Hubby & I went to the "big" garden center (which I can't stand going to) and he just grabbed some of everything. Since this was his and my cousin's project, I intentionally stayed away and out of the whole process (except for eating of course!) I have to ask... are you trying to grow some ugly 'maters too?!!??!!
Actually I wanted to avoid it. I hate to waste space in the garden for something too ugly to take to a farmers market. You know how people are... everything has to be just about perfect looking, otherwise they aren't willing to even try it. I have to push my pink tomatoes on people. "here try some, they are delicious" all the time. once they taste them it's "oh, those ARE good", but because they aren't red, they aren't a tomato is a lot of peoples' thought, I think. We grow a variety from stokes that are called ultra pink and they are very good, but they aren't red. hard to keep healthy, too.
Carolyn... the rest of them have been very pretty (and tasty). Don't know what happened to that one... guess a little too much or not enough of something(s)! :-D
