    Hi Toni,
is there any way you can adjust the fountain?,..if it were possible to adjust it to its lowest,..then when the sun hits the solar panel the fountain of water would not be too high.

I love it! I want one now lol. And yes cherylad you are correct. The water lily is not a fan of splashing water since they breathe with the topside of their leaves. They also need full or partial sun and it looked like your tubwas shaded.. Idk just my wo cents:)

We are playing with the spray adjustment on the pump maybe one of these days it will be just right.

Okay, I'll move the Lily back to it's other pot and put in on the ground around the tub.

The tub is in shade for a little bit, but not enough to hurt the plants that are in there. I take photos when things are in shade since they come out better without the sun glare washing out the image.

This looks amazing, I am loving the washtub. My lillies did best and flowered the most in direct bright sunlight. Low sunlight they will still grow, but they won't flower. I had a bubbler in there with them making some surface agitation and they didn't really grow as big as I would have liked. Maybe that was why! Good tip. :like:

I'll try to remember to take an updated photo of the tub and plants, it's pretty full now!! I need to get on my wellies and muck it out this Spring. A lot of falling leaves fell right in it.
