Luke... I'm not sure what a car boot sale is.... but I want to go to one now!
Great finds... especially on the book collection. At first glance I thought it was seed packets. But books? Even better! And the red & white cyclamen are gorgeous.

:-D Oh happy day for you Luke!!! :-D Sure wish a "car boot" sale was in NJ today, even in the icy weather. Are they a bit like garage and yard sales? What lucky finds for you. That would keep me whistling a happy tune for a long time.

thanks cheryl . . i suppose a car boot sale is your version of a yard sale. you find a large car park or field and everyone pays a small fee to come along and sell there unwanted items. alot of the time you get market traders come down with plants and other such things. i wanted more of the cyclamen but they had all gone. :-D

Luke... your car boot sale sounds like our Flea Markets.
Never knew why they are called that... I've never seen on single person selling fleas! :D

Or the old things you bought came with their own supply of free fleas

Lots of good finds you have there.

I haven't found a good flea market in years, most have been taken over by the vendors with candles, pirated CD's and DVD's, and other things you buy in the import district.
