I almost bought two, but remembered my promise to myself... only one item per weekend.

By the distinct color bleeding I just know I'm going to kick myself when I hear what's it made from. I really like the colors Cheryl!

I think it may be made from either Oyster or Abalone shell. The dangling bits look like geodes.

I love the mobile and would have picked one up for myself if I'd seen it. :-D

I agree with Sjoerd. Anodized copper and she is a sweet happy little angle... :D

I would have had broken my rule for just this one week and got a pair. Oh wait, now really, a pair is one........

At first glance I thought the fish was made of glass and the chimes were oyster shells. But a little breeze and a closer look gave away its secret.
Its stainless steel. Its "coloring" came from a torch, the true artistry of it.

That is beautiful workman(or woman)ship. Being stainless steel that can be an outside pretty with no problems...or in the middle of your living room window.

I would never have guessed that it was stainless steel. Just goes to show what can be done if you have the know how and skill.
