My hubby helped me squeeze this time. I decided to take him up on that offer.

I picked up 104 limes to use for our tea. They were $3.00. We use so many of them in a year I can't keep up with it. I think I have enough now so it will last until they get cheap next November. That's when they seem to drop in price. That's how I like to buy them.We use about 700 limes a year and could use over 400 lemons.

Gosh Barb do you ever slow down and rest? That's a heck of a lot of limes and lemons. Looking good though and at least hubby helped you to squeeze them all. :-D

My hubby is the best. Along with being the best shopping companion you could ever want he is always eager to help me or work along side of me in the kitchen. He used to try to help me with the housework. When I quickly turned around to grab the duster he was smack right in my face. What a shock he was. I changed that up early on. I run around and change directions too quickly to have him standing so close behind me. :D :D

He is the best egg I have in the barnyard. :p

So here is a picture of what is on my shelf for lemons and limes. I had to move the asparagus soup mix and climb to the ceiling on my ladder to get these pictures but it gives you an idea of the whole thing. We have used half of what I put up this year. That's why I had to kick it up some more.

These half pints run 4 or 5 rows across and and 6 or 7 back with 2 layers. You can see that they almost hit the ceiling.

Wow, You all won't believe it but I picked up 120 more limes over the weekend. I got 1 gallon of juice.

My 2 half gallon jars that I just stored them in overnight. I could have canned the juice in them but we would have to use allot once opened.

These are what I canned today. It cost another $3.00.

    Next up is more bacon.
