New bedroom floor

    We just installed a laminate floor in our bedroom. Actually "we" didn't, my husband did, but I encouraged him every step of the way!

    I have also promised to not agitate for any more laminate flooring. It wasn't all that easy to lay down.

    I love the way your new laminate flooring looks alongside your furniture.
    We have laminate flooring in our living room, dining room, kitchen and one of our bedrooms. I really like it as it's so much easier to clean than a carpet.

    Beautiful! Your husband did a good job.

    In the UK we have an expression " The Royal We' when only one of two has done something :D

    I have laminate flooring in my sewing room and I love it.Pins can't get stuck in pile and I can hear them bounce if one gets dropped.Easy to keep clean too which is always a bonus.

    PS: I have just noticed your bedspread/quilt- I saw a pattern almost exactly like it on a blog I looked at yesterday!

    I love the flooring, the furniture, and the quilt. I made the mistake of putting carpet in but will eventually replace it in the hall, living room, and office with laminate flooring also. It's so easy to take care of.

    Kiasmum, the quilt pattern here in the states is called "Friendship Star", although it may have other names. I'm working on one called "Road to Glory", which is also called "Drunkard's Path" (and don't think about that for very long ;) )
    The flooring hasn't been in long enough to need cleaning, but I'm reading up on approved cleaners and methods. After what my husband went through to install it, I sure don't want to mess up our flooring!

    It looks so pretty & Congrats to your Hubby:) ....Great work done..
    We also installed laminate flooring of hickory style in our home. It looks great and stands up to scratches and dents.
