Anyone have a good recipe for Leeks?

I couldn't resist these gorgeous leeks for $1! Now what to do with them?

Netty, Sojerd grows and loves leeks. Perhaps he'll suggest a recipe.
Those do look great--I'll check my cookbooks (I know I have a recipe for Cockaleekie soup) and see what turns up.

 

Leek and potato soup sounds good. Never made it myself but always wanted to.
