Forgive my ignorance Anisa but decoupage is a hobby I didn't even know existed :) Your pieces look very pretty indeed. Could you give a quick summary of how you do it?

Those are very pretty! I use to do decoupage years ago but I don't remember mine looking as nice as yours.

Thank you. Decoupage the art of decorating an object by gluing colored paper cutouts onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf and other decorative elements. Commonly an object like a small box or an item of furniture is covered by purpose-manufactured papers. Each layer is sealed with varnishes (often multiple coats) until the "stuck on" appearance disappears and the result looks like painting.

I did some decoupage many years ago but they were 'kindergarten projects' compared to your work, those are fantastic.

Thank you. It isn't difficult. First you have to remove old color and paint for such as you like. Than you have to take napkin ( I'm not sure is it right word?) and special decupage glue. If the color of your object is the same you can glue but if not in this place where will be napkin you have to paint on this colour which has a background napkins. After this you glue your napkin, you use only first layer. At the end you need to secure everything varnish. I hope you understand ( and I'm sorry for errors). And my decupage garden stone and cat ;):

So glad you did not decoupage your cat! You do a beautiful job picking out just the right decorations for your objects. I haven't done decoupage in over 20 years. Maybe I will have to give it a go.
