Thank you everyone...here are a couple more of ones I don't know the name of...these are older ones I had purchased years ago before all of the daylily groups around. My daylilies have done great this year but when I went out to take a few more pictures yesterday...all of my blooms were faded. I have never noticed this before on every plant that is in bloom. I guess our hot humid weather we are having right now is not for daylilies. :( I am glad I had taken quite a few other pictures earlier...

The name of the peachy daylily with the ruffled edge is 'Arthur Moore'. With over 70,000 cultivars, unless a daylily is recent or unique, it is almost impossible to identify. My 41 named cultivars are identified in a log book by location and pictures. All others are on their own. Daylily plants from seeds(oodles and oodles) are segregated into groups. Volunteers are relocated with seed groups. Typical seed output is 300 to 500 /year.

Sherry, as someone who only recently learned the joys of day lilies, I am simply overwhelmed with the variety and beauty of yours. Your photos could never be boring! Please keep them coming, named or not.

Lovely lovely day lilies! Last fall I planted a yellow variety and yesterday I bought an orange one. (Note to self - get better and writing down and remember the actual NAMES of the variety of plant you're buying)

Gosh, that front bed looks more dramatic every time I see it.
