In this picture, I caught the shadow of a hummingbird on our front window curtains.

Took this picture in the back yard. I liked the look of our shed so white against the blue morning sky and the clouds.

It just now struck me. I bet the hummer was trying to get to the colored glass collection in the window. It really glows with the morning sun.

:setc_002: Can I ask if the hummer is ceramic or glass? I collect them for the garden and am always looking for more. :setc_083:

I'm sorry but we have real hummers around here. I only hang my hummingbird feeders in the winter. Dooley

Jan, that hummer does look big. There are 2 reasons. The picture was edited to concentrate on the shadow. A lot of surrounding area was cut out and that tends to blow up the picture. Also it is a picture of a shadow and as such, due to the distance from the bird, it is bigger than life size. I was surprised that the picture turned out at all. dr
